The Research Unit on the Economics of Excisable Products (REEP), which also serves as the WHO FCTC Knowledge Hub on Tobacco Taxation, warmly congratulates Mr. Andrew Black on his appointment as the new Head of the WHO FCTC Convention Secretariat.
