Jabulile Monnakgotla

Jabulile holds a Masters in Economic Science from the University of the Witwatersrand. Previously she worked as a research intern at the Financial and Fiscal Commission in the Budget Analysis Local Government unit. She joined the DPRU in 2016 as an intern researcher, becoming a Junior Research Analyst in 2018, and a Junior Research Fellow in January 2022.
Jabulile’s research interests are in the areas of Macroeconomics, Financial Economics, International Trade, Labour Markets, Development and Growth.
