Professor Suki Goodman has served as Dean of the Faculty of Commerce since 2022, building on over a decade of leadership within the School of Management Studies.

A recognised voice in organisational behaviour and programme evaluation, her work sits at the intersection of rigorous research and real-world impact. Widely published in peer-reviewed journals, she has also served as a reviewer for numerous academic journals. She has supervised a significant number of postgraduate students in both organisational psychology and programme evaluation.

She brings extensive teaching experience across the academic spectrum, but has a particular soft spot for first-year classrooms.

She is an HPCSA-registered Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and a member of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychologists of South Africa (SIOPSA).

Her work has been recognised with the SIOPSA Presidential Merit Award for Academic Excellence, honouring her sustained contribution to transformation in the field. She holds a PhD, master’s and honours degrees in organisational psychology from UCT.
