Isabelle Hoyaux
Isabelle Hoyaux is an expert in the scaling up of impact proven enterprises. With a background in statistics (Imperial College, UK) and MBA in social entrepreneurship (ESSEC Business School, France), Isabelle has over 20 years’ work experience in social and inclusive entrepreneurship. She started as business strategy consultant at L.E.K. in the UK, then moved to the social entrepreneurship sector in France at Unis-Cité. On the international level, as executive director of the International Centre for Development and Research, and at Right To Sight, she built a strong expertise in the design, implementation and scaling up of inclusive social and economic programmes.
Today, as the founder of ScaleChanger, she contributes to changing systems and to scaling what works. She supports the scaling of impact proven organisations, by providing strategic and operational support to social entrepreneurs and business leaders as well as advising policymakers on how to create an enabling environment for the scaling of successful models.
She is a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris and at 3A, and was the academic director of the LeAD Campus programme, an executive education training programme for leaders for an inclusive economy, with Sciences Po, Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance - UCT, Institute of Management of Dakar (ISM) and the French development agency.
