Dr Noncedo Vutula
Chief Research Officer
Dr Noncedo Vutula has experience as a senior government official in South Africa on agriculture, rural economic transformation, trade and international relations. She is a Chief Research Officer at the Nelson Mandela School where she leads regional integration and industrialisation efforts of the AfCFTA research stream, agriculture and agro-processing, climate change and sustainable development. She keeps a vibrant publishing profile on agriculture, food security, regional integration and the global trade issues.
Research Interests: Agriculture and Agro-processing; Africa’s regional integration and industrialisation; the AfCFTA negotiations; Food Security and Climate Change; Trade and Gender.
