GSDPP seminar with Ferial Haffajee

City Press editor, Ferial Haffajee is a keynote speaker at this evening’s GSDPP seminar, which is being co-hosted with UCT’s Centre for Film and Media Studies. She will be joined by UCT SRC president, Rorisang Moseli and the moderator will be Prof Sakhela Buhlungu, Dean of Humanities at UCT. 

The seminar will focus on Haffajee’s recently-published book, “What if there were no whites in South Africa?”, and the discussion will look at issues of media, social activism and public leadership, particularly in the light of the current nationwide student protests. 

The seminar takes place from 5pm-7pm in the Fourth Floor Seminar Room at the School of Economics.
