Eligibility criteria for nominees is detailed in the checklist below:

✓ Candidate between 25 and 35 years old

✓ From Ethiopia, Ghana, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia

✓ Minimum 3-5 years work experience

✓ Fluent in English

✓ High leadership potential

✓ Personal integrity

✓ Commitment to public service in their field
