Highlights from the Building Bridges Expert Meeting on Accountability and Inclusivity

As part of the proceedings, participants were encouraged to pen an original think piece, drawing on their extensive knowledge in the field. One of the highlights from the conference was Dr Adebayo Olokushi's opinion piece On Theorising African Political Economies and Global Conceptual Prejudices.  Dr Olokushi, who is the Regional Director for Africa and West Asia at the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA), shared an edited version of the presentation with us, which you can read here.
