Professor Alan Hirsch on ISS Panel

GSDPP Director Professor Alan Hirsch will form part of a panel hosted by the institute for Security Studies on 9 November 2017, discussing how development aid can reduce poverty in Africa. The panel will be held from 10:30am at the Townhouse Hotel (60 Corporation Street, Cape Town). Jakkie Cilliers, head of African Futures and Innovation at the ISS will be the main speaker.
