Abhay Tilakdari

Abhay Tilakdari is a postgraduate student at the University of Cape Town (UCT). He obtained his bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Cape Town in 2024. He believes that economics, at the core, is about maximising general well-being for humanity and the world around us. Research interests include environmental economics and behavioural economics. His research goals are to understand how markets react to eco-friendly technological progress and what impacts this could have on the environment as a whole.
