Carlos is a professor at the College of Accounting (UCT) and is head of Managerial Accounting and Finance at the College of Accounting (UCT). He has published many research articles and conference papers and has won numerous research awards. He is the principal co-author of the textbook Financial Management, which is prescribed at 21 universities across South Africa. Carlos consults widely, mainly in the area of Valuations and Cost of Capital.
